Web Reference: Dec 4, 2022 · PEP is by far the most AWFUL, HORRENDOUS, TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE and all the other synonyms for horrendous, system out there!!! It takes 47 clicks to change anything, it freezes up, logs you off mid reservation and makes my blood pressure go through the roof!! Don't get me wrong, it is an easy system, very user friendly but the glitches make me crazy. Oct 31, 2022 · We love PEP so far. OnQ the antique looked and felt like Windows 95. The biggest downside we've experienced with PEP: Using OnQ, there was a physical server in-house. So even if the internet/cloud went down, you could still do basic stuff like check-ins, and the changes would push through later. Mar 23, 2023 · PEP is a living NIGHTMARE!!!!! I was so excited to get PEP after seeing one of my sister properties go through it. It looked very clean and minimal... However, ever since we switched over to PEP, it has been nothing but trouble. I have been working for Hilton 17 years and I have NEVER in my entire career want to walk out on a daily basis.
